The firm’s recent engagements include drafting of a provincial law pertaining to levy of luxury Tax; a provincial law and sub-ordinate rules thereunder pertaining to mining concessions; and, sub-ordinate rules under a federal statute pertaining to mother and child health-care.

The firm regularly advises the concerned authorities on power sector-related legislation.
